Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Paw Fang Pet, we take pride in crafting high-quality, safe products for your pets. While we do not offer exchanges, we are happy to accept returns for defective products. Please review our return policy below:

Returns for Defective Products

We offer a lifetime guarantee (for the life of your pet) on our LEASHES ONLY. Any leash that breaks will be replaced for free. Send us pictures, and we may request the leash back.

If you receive a defective product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@pawfangpet.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective item if possible.

Only items deemed defective are eligible for return.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the defective item back to us.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is processed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
